Part 1 · This website (valtrion-digital.com)
What the website collects
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus a company name and budget range if you choose to provide them.
The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects anonymized, aggregate performance metrics (Speed Insights) that are not tied to your identity.
How contact form data is used
Your submission is delivered as an email to our inbox (hello@valtrion-digital.com) via the transactional email provider Resend, and is used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. It is not shared with anyone else, not used for marketing lists, and kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation.
To prevent abuse, the contact endpoint keeps a short-lived, in-memory request count per IP address. It is never written to disk or used for anything else.
Your rights (GDPR / EU users)
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the data you sent through the contact form — email hello@valtrion-digital.com and we’ll handle it.
Part 2 · Žolík (Steam game)
What this game collects
When you launch Žolík through Steam, the game receives the following information from the Steam client:
- Your Steam ID (a unique numeric identifier).
- Your Steam display name (visible to your Steam friends).
- Your current language preference (used to set the in-game UI language).
The game does not collect, store, or transmit:
- Your real name, address, email, payment details, or any data outside what Steam provides.
- Game telemetry, crash dumps, or analytics events.
- Voice or text chat content.
- IP addresses (multiplayer connections route through Steam’s relay infrastructure; we do not log them).
How the data is used
- Steam ID and display nameare shown to other players in your lobby (so you can see who you’re playing with) and used by Steam’s matchmaking + friend invite systems.
- Language preference sets the interface language (English or Slovak).
That’s the entire list. The game has no analytics SDK, no third-party tracking, no advertising network, and no server-side logging.
Multiplayer connections
Multiplayer matches use Steam’s peer-to-peer relay sockets. Connections are routed by Steam between players’ machines. We do not operate any game server, do not log connection metadata, and do not retain anything about your matches after they end.
Data stored locally on your device
The game saves the following files to your local Steam Cloud directory (%APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\Žolík\):
settings.cfg— your audio volume, language, fullscreen preference, custom rule presets, last entered player name.stats.cfg— local achievement progress counters (matches won, rounds played, etc.).
These files are synced via Steam Cloud to your other PCs that have the game installed. They are not transmitted to us; Steam handles the sync end-to-end.
Steam achievements
The game uses Steam’s standard achievement API. When you reach a milestone, the game tells the Steam client to unlock the corresponding achievement on your Steam profile. Whether achievements are publicly visible on your profile is controlled by your Steam account privacy settings, not by us.
Children
Žolík does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. The game has no chat, no user-to-user messaging beyond Steam’s own friend system, and no in-game purchases.
Your rights (GDPR / EU users)
Because the game does not collect personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. Anything held by Steam itself is governed by Valve’s Privacy Policy.
If you have questions, contact hello@valtrion-digital.com.
Changes to this policy
If the game starts collecting any data not listed above, this policy will be updated and the change will be noted in the game’s Steam page patch notes before the change takes effect.
